Our B.B.R.O.C. programs are pickup basketball games for adults. With two offerings, our YG runs are for players under the age of 35. Our OG runs are for players over the age of 35. Both runs features 24 second shot clocks and 10 minute game clocks. Scores are by ones and twos to 11. This program gives adult players an alternative to meet the guidelines recommended by The Center For Disease Control And Prevention, who suggests to get 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) a week of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity. This program offers games that run for two hours, each session, and meets three nights a week.
Our open gym runs are about more than just basketball. This program wants to promote good community and good fellowship amongst our players. Our open gym runs can be like a health prevention clinic and a country club all in one. A place where players can release all their stresses from the day. And a place where the best competition, from across the area, come to compete and live out their hoop dream, on the court. Then converts into a barber shop, where discussions on all topics concerning basketball, can take place off the court.
