Our B.B.R.O.C. programs are pickup basketball games for adults. With two offerings, our YG runs are for players under the age of 35. Our OG runs are for players over the age of 35. Both runs features 24 second shot clocks and 10 minute game clocks. Scores are by ones and twos to 11. This program gives adult players an alternative to meet the guidelines recommended by The Center For Disease Control And Prevention, who suggests to get 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) a week of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity. This program offers games that run for two hours, each session, and meets three nights a week.
We also offer personal training and development for kids in first through twelfth grades. The goal for our personal training is to help players improve their overall skill set and basketball IQ without all the bells, whistles, and costs of fancier workout facilities. In a nutshell, the first hour of training will consist of team drills. The second hour will consist of controlled scrimmages.
